Commercial Observer chatted with Tara Stacom, the leasing director for 1 World Trade since 2007, about plans for the 45th and 46th floors of the building. Condé Nast and the federal government have taken sizable portions of the building: 1.2 million square feet and 300,000 square feet, respectively. Ms. Stacom is looking to diversify the tennats across industries in the 3.1-million-square-foot building. With floor plates coming in upward of 47,000 square feet apiece, the 90 office floors leave much to the imagination for tenants in terms of spatial use and growth.
